This means you can name the attributes to suit your organisation. There are even a range of user defined attributes that you can choose to use, if desired.

Each User requires loginid and password required for all access.
- Configure it to your organisation
You define Users, User Groups, Projects, Request Types, even the terminology used.

Everything that happens to a request is tracked and retained.
- Group-based approach for teams
Multiple users can share a group so that there is no dependence on individuals. Users can belong to groups either to participate or to supervise.
- Private events
Events and comments can be added such that they are only available to creator and recipient. Ideal for sensitive situations or where customers have access.
- Email Alerting
Each user optionally specifies alerting for each group they are a member of. Alert emails contain details of the recent Event and provide quick login to access the system.
- Data Extract
The Administration tool allows you to extract your request data for external analysis or reporting.
- Simple and Effective
The e-Requests main page provides simple, intuitive and powerful access to all features. This means that users require minimal (if any) training and e-Requests can easily be used by customer and remote users.
