What is e-Requests?

The e-Requests system is an online Requests management tool.

It allows users to securely login and access Requests that are assigned to them.

Authorised users can add Events to Requests, routing them to other users for more action. Throughout, e-Requests maintains an audit trial from request creation through to closure.
